🥇 Selected 14 Most Beautiful Villages of Bosnia and Herzegovina!
🔝Bosnia and Herzegovina received a list of the most beautiful villages within the activities carried out by the Association for the Development of Rural Tourism in BiH (Alterural). The implementation of the Most Beautiful Villages of Bosnia and Herzegovina initiative is supported by the United States Government through USAID Sustainable Tourism Development Project in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TURIZAM)
🥇There are 14 villages from all over the country 🥇.

▪️ Bratč (Municipality of Nevesinje)
▪️ Guča Gora (Municipality of Travnik)
▪️ Kraljeva Sutjeska (Municipality of Kakanj)
▪️ Krupa on Vrbas (City of Banja Luka)
▪️ Martin Brod (City of Bihać)
▪️ Ostrožac (City of Cazin)
▪️ Pecka (Municipality of Mrkonjić Grad)
▪️ Prokoško Lake (Municipality of Fojnica)
▪️ Ravno(Municipality of Ravno)
▪️ Stupe – Žabljak (City of Livno)
▪️ Umoljani (Municipality of Trnovo)
▪️ Vranci (Municipality of Kreševo)
The “Most Beautiful Villages” initiative was launched in 1981 by the French association “Les Plus Beaux” villages de France” with the aim of popularizing rural settlements.
The Alterural Association will provide long-term support to the villages involved in this activity through education, networking, increased publicity and promotion to help them develop and to improve tourism, while preserving its natural and cultural heritage. The project continues and already in the spring of this year, we expect new applications and selection of villages that will join the initiative “The Most Beautiful Villages of BiH”.
